Back Squats, Pullups, Knees to Elbows for 4/30/2019

Today’s WOD will have the potential to slow you down if you don’t scale appropriately. The back-to-back movements on the pullup bar will start to wear on the forearms. Scale so you can keep unbroken sets through most of the workout.
