Today is a special WOD for multiple reasons. First, we do Barbara every year to remember Coach Jen and Kim’s mother who died of cancer.

This year, it also the workout of the month for our Athlete of the Month, Sarah. Check out her online interview:

Barbara (Time)

Five Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*

    10 Pull-ups
    20 Push-ups
    30 Sit-ups
    40 Squats

    Five rounds, each for time of:
    7 Pull-ups (may be banded)
    15 Push-ups (may be on knees)
    25 Sit-ups
    35 Squats

    Five rounds, each for time of:
    5 Ring Rows
    10 Push-ups (may be on knees and/or with Ab Mat under chest)
    15 Sit-ups
    20 Squats
