We first saw this format back in July. It gives us a chance to use some equipment we can’t put in a regular metcon. Everyone loved it in July, so we are doing it again. Ever struck a tire with a sledge hammer? You will today!

Metcon (No Measure)

8 Min at Each:

1. Bench Press Max 8 Rep

2. Partner Sledge Strikes

3. Partner 2 Min Assault Bike

4. Partner Double DB American Swings (50/35) (switch every minute)

1 Min Rest between moves
