Happy first day of August!!!
We are trying something different today. Everyone will be placed in groups of 4. Each group will rotate to a different station through the workout with a different task to complete.
Time to get some exposure to things you may have never done before!
Metcon (Weight)
Groups of 4
8 Min at each:
1. Bench Press (find max 3 rep)
2. Tire Flips (max partner reps)
3. Man Makers (50/35) (max partner reps, switch every minute)
4. Assault Bike (max partner calories, switch every minute)
