Box Step Ups and Burpees for 1/14/2019

The workout today is meant to be a high cardio WOD under mild weight. So, when you are approaching the scaling, pick one that adds some weight, but won’t slow you down too much. If you have a weight vest to wear at RX+, only add a plate during the box steps up that brings you to the total prescribed weight. For example, if your vest weighs 20 lbs, carry a 25lb plate to make 45lbs total.
