We are changing up our standard a little today. When we program 1 arm KB Snatches, we usually prescribe them as alternating arms each rep. Today, we are doing all reps on one arm, then all reps on the other arm. Be prepared for the snatches to make the pullups harder than you expect.

For those with double unders:
Spend up to 10 min:
10, 20, 30, 40, 30, 20, 10
*Only count unbroken sets
For those without double unders:
10, 20, 30, 30, 20, 10
*Count all attempts
