Remember the time format we used for Handstand Pushups and Deadlifts on Tuesday? We can use it for just about anything. Like today, we will use the same format for burpees and CTB Pullups. The burpees are going to get your heart pumping and wear down your arms. So, a more efficient kip on your pullups will go a long way to keep you moving.
