Today’s WOD may feel familiar to the KB swings and plank holds we did on November 13, 2019. Your forearms are going to start to fatigue through all the swings and double unders. Additionally, the situps are going to tax your core, so focus on keeping a tight core and flat back as you move into rounds 2 and 3.
