Industrial Athletics – CrossFit
After some heavy squat cleans (one of our lifts for December), we will fight for max reps through handstand pushups and deadlifts. The upper body push and lower body pull is the same combination of movements we see in CrossFit benchmark workouts like Diane. However, restructuring the movements, reps, and time domain makes it a completely different workout.
