We are going a little longer today. With a 20 minute AMRAP, you want to pace yourself from the beginning. The burpees are going to catch up. The situps will keep your hear rate moving. Make sure you can keep that barbell moving from rep to rep. The snatches don’t have to be unbroken, should be fast singles.
