Row Practice for 6/13/2019

Industrial Athletics – CrossFit

We have some rowing practice today. Don’t forget that we are working on decreasing your 1000m Row time all month. Most people feel great coming out of the gate during a 1000m row. However, when they hit around 600m to go, the fatigue starts to set in. So, we are training that last 600m today.
