IndustrialAthletics – CrossFit

Today’s WOD is a CrossFit benchmark that we’ve wanted to program for a long time. We don’t have any good reason why we never programmed it. So, let’s give it a try.

If you cannot continue to rep scheme in an EMOM format, make the WOD an AMRAP.

Chelsea (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
