Clean and Jerks for 2/5/2018

We start a new Fundamentals Class today.  If you see a new face in the gym, be sure to say hello and introduce yourself.

Last Friday, we did a WOD that required you to max out your Clean and Jerk weight for unbroken sets of 15, 12, and 9.  Today, we are going to change the format of the workout.  Very similar, but there will be periods of only cleans and only jerks.
