Clean Practice for 2/16/2018

One of our max lift tests for this Month is the Clean and Jerk.  This is one of two Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean and Jerk).  It is a full body movement that isn’t as technical as the Snatch.  It will, however, test your max effort power output.

Industrial Athletics WOD for 2/16/2018:

1. Every 90 x 6:
1 HS Clean (75-80%)
1 Squat Clean
1 Jerk

2. E2MOM 10 Min:
1 Clean and Jerk (85%)

6:30pm – Olympic Lifting with the Forged Steel Weightlifting Club
