CrossFit WODs for 2/17/2018

This is the last regular Saturday for the next 5 weekends.  Starting next Saturday, we will have our CrossFit Open Team Competition each Saturday that starts at 9am.  If you aren’t signed up for our Competition, you may still come and participate, just let us know no later than the Friday before so we can work you into a heat.
