Competition WOD for 8/8/2018

Twice a month, we designate a WOD as a competition WOD.  We are looking for you to give it your 100%.  Most days are training days, and we want to see you give 85-90% of your maximum effort.  But, today, you shouldn’t have anything left at the end of 20 minutes.

Industrial Athletics WOD for 8/8/2018:

ARMAP 20 Min:
5 Strict CTB Pullups
10 Front Squats (115/75)
15 KB Swings (1.5/1)

6:30pm – Olympic Lifting with Forged Steel Weightlifting Club
