Squat Snatches, DUs, and Burpees for 8/7/2018

Did you drop into a CrossFit box while traveling for work or vacation?  Did you do a WOD that you thought was really cool?  Let us know.  If we think it fits with our programming, we will add it in.  That’s how we got today’s WOD.  One of our members did something similar at another box and thought we would like it.
