Don’t forget that on June 20th, we will be having a community day at Industrial Athletics. This is your chance to bring your friends and family for an introduction to CrossFit. It will kick off at 11:00am and last for about 2 hours. We will do a brief lecture introduction to the theory of CrossFit, break off into small groups for some movements introduction, and then do a workout as a group. The event is open to everyone and free.
Until further notice, Yoga on Tuesday nights will be cancelled.
