CrossFit Alloy WOD for 6/2/2015, but no Yoga

Don’t forget that on June 20th, we will be having a community day at Industrial Athletics.  This is your chance to bring your friends and family for an introduction to CrossFit.  It will kick off at 11:00am and last for about 2 hours.  We will do a brief lecture introduction to the theory of CrossFit, break off into small groups for some movements introduction, and then do a workout as a group.  The event is open to everyone and free.

Until further notice, Yoga on Tuesday nights will be cancelled.

Developing the standard toes to bar kip
Starting to raise your toes toward the bar while maintaining kip
