It is the last week of February. It is also the first week for the 2014 CrossFit Games Open. The first WOD will post this Thursday, February 27th. We will be programming that WOD for Friday. If you are registered for the Open, you must complete the WOD by Sunday evening. We are a registered affiliate, so we are able to validate and input your scores.
If you have not already registered, head over to the Games Site and do so. It is $20 and allows you to compare your times online with EVERYONE ELSE doing the Open. It really is an exciting time. Anyone who attends any class on Friday will have a chance to do the WOD. Anyone registered for the Open must perform the WOD as prescribed (Platinum). We will offered scaled alternatives. The big events will be Friday Nights were we will set up an area dedicated to those performing and hopefully have a cheering crowd.

On minute 1, you will perform 1 Push Press. On minute 2, you will perform 2 Push Press. On minute 3, you will perform 3 Push Press . . . and so on until you are unable to perform the number of Push Presses during the corresponding minute.

Scaling:
Strength: Everyone is Platinum. Find that max load you can squat 3 times. Make sure those squats go below parallel.
