CrossFit WOD for 3/29/2014 and Yoga is Cancelled

It is another Saturday.  Busy, busy morning ahead of us.  Hope to see you here.


Competition Class:  We will reflect on the Open, weaknesses we found, and what we want to concentrate on for the future of this class.  We will also work on being comfortable with weight overhead.


General CrossFit Class:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 12 Min:
10 Knees to Elbows
10 One Arm KB Snatches (1.5/1 pood)
