There will be a change of schedule for this Saturday. Yoga class will be moving from 12:30pm to 12:00pm (noon). Please make the changes to your plans. We hope to see you Saturday at noon.
This is also the last for those in the April CrossFit Fundamentals Course. That means they will be joining our regular class for the remainder of the month. If you see a new face, be sure you introduce yourself.
