    Well, 5:15 am comes early on a Friday morning! Great group and energy! Who knows … I might just try another 5:15 am class in the future. 🙂

    Platinum (modified): 7:03 My only modification was doing the HSPU’s to a raised target (2 ab mats). Overall, they felt good on my right shoulder and I did all rounds of 5 reps unbroken.
