The August CrossFit Fundamentals Program will begin on August 4th. Each new athlete may attend either the 6am class or the 5:30pm class. Everyone must complete all 5 one hour classes and attend them in proper order. The classes meet on Monday/Wednesday/Friday of the first week, and Monday/Wednesday of the second week. WOD: 15:48 with 75 lbs. thrusters. Did all 4 rounds of thrusters unbroken. Tried to keep the pace up as much as I could with minimal breaks. Major cardio work-out for Joe D!
