CrossFit WOD and Boot Camp for 4/2/2015

For the first time in 5 weeks, we don’t have to worry about today’s WOD impacting our performance tomorrow.  We will be having a regular schedule tomorrow, Good Friday.  Saturday will also have a regular schedule.  We will be closed on Easter Sunday.
