CrossFit WODs and Yoga for 11/19/2016

After last week’s CFE, we return to our regular schedule today.  Yoga is a 8am.  CrossFit Competition Class is at 9:30am.  You must receive permission from a coach before attending the first time.  At 11am, we have our regular CrossFit class.

8:00am – Yoga

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class
WOD #1:
E2MOM 10 Min
1 Squat Clean (80% of Squat Clean)
2 Front Squats

WOD #2:
For Time:
50 Wall Balls (20/14)(10/9)
50 Deadlifts (185/125)
50 Handstand Pushups
Every rest during the Wall Balls or HSPUs = 15 Sec Hold at top of the Deadlift

WOD 3:
AMRAP 8 Min:
5 Front Squats (155/105)
5 Muscle Ups

11:00am – Regular CrossFit Class

For Time:
40 Wall Balls (20/14)(10/9)
40 Deadlifts (155/105)
40 Handstand Pushups
Every rest during the Wall Balls or HSPUs = 15 Sec Hold at top of the Deadlift
