We always have busy Saturday mornings at IA.  We start the day relaxing with some Yoga.  Then the competitors come out for our Competition Class.  We end the morning with a regular CrossFit class.

8:00am – Yoga

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class

11:00am – Regular CrossFit Class
