It is Saturday.  No Yoga this morning.  We start with CrossFit Competition Class designed for those who want to compete in local CrossFit Competitions.  The CFE originally scheduled for 11am today has been moved to next Saturday, the 18th, at 11am.

8:00am – Yoga Is Cancelled

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class

EMOM 8 Min:
1 Deadlift (185/125)
1 HP Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Full Clean

WOD #2
AMRAP 20 Min:
10 Pullups
15 Pushups
20 Squats

WOD #3
Partner
Max Cal Row in 12 Min
*Switch every 2 Minutes

11:00am – Regular CrossFit Class

AMRAP 20 Min:
10 Pullups
15 Pushups
20 Squats
