CrossFit WODS for 8/8/2015

After the Summer Showdown last weekend, we return to our regular Saturday Schedule this week.  With the 2015 Meltdown two months away, Competition class will continue to be partner wods.  The Regular CrossFit WODs will be partner and individual wods this month.  Today’s will be a standard individual wod.
