CTB Pullups, Pushups, Pistols, and DU for 3/12/2018

We are getting into week 4 of the CrossFit Open.  That means only two weeks to go.  On March 24th, we will have a cookout following the Open to celebrate everyone’s accomplishments in competition.  We will also be celebrating our 5 years Anniversary.  Please plan to attend.  If you can make it, please sign up on the main table.  We run out cookouts as potluck.

10 CTB Pullups
15 Pushups
20 Pistols
*Every 3 Rounds, do 100 Double Unders

    AMRAP 20 Min:
    7 Pullups (may use band)

    16 Pistol Progressions
    *Every 3 Rounds, do 60 Double Unders or 150 SUs

    AMRAP 20 Min:
    10 Ring Rows
    10 Pushups (may use box)
    20 Walking Lunges
