In the spirit of the Open, we are bringing out the dumbbells today. You will get one dumbbell to clean and press. You will perform half of the reps in 1 hand and half in the other.
Try not to let the clean and presses burn out your back, arms, and shoulders too much. You will need them for your pullups.
