Deadlifts and Burpees for 7/23/2018

We are starting off the week with a benchmark lift.  We will be testing our max effort Split Jerks today.  Be sure you write down your weight.  Next month, we will be testing our max effort Clean and Jerk, so you will want a weight to reference.
