Deadlifts and Pushups for 7/18/2019

When you are approaching today’s metcon, remember that the goal is to get through the deadlifts with lots of time to do Pushups. You don’t want to scale the deadlifts too much, 2-3 sets. And, you want to scale the pushups so you can do big sets.
