Industrial Athletics – CrossFit

Partner WODs allow us to build some volume into a workout because there is built in rest. You rest while your partner works. The best way to approach a partner WOD is try to break up the reps just right so that you get just enough rest to be able to work with a lot of intensity the entire workout.
