Double Unders and Deadlifts for 7/30/2018

August is almost here.  Our CrossFit Fundamentals Program will start next Monday.  Pass the message along to your friends and family.

Even though we are still in July, we will start benchmarks today for August.  Burpees are our cardio movement for the month.  We will see if we can reduce the amount of time it takes us to do 100 burpees this moth.
