Nancy for 7/31/2018

Today’s WOD is a classic CrossFit benchmark, but not one of our benchmark WODs for August.  We just really like this one.  The running will get you out of breath before you pick up a moderately weighted barbell for some complex overhead squats.  Oh, and did we mention the leg burn?
