Double Unders, Push Press, Knees to Elbows for 1/22/2020

We are doing two versions of one workout today. The first version of the workout will take longer per round and you will spend more time on each movement. The second version should be must faster and should feel more exhausting to the cardio system.

100 Double Unders

20 Push Press (1/2 body weight)

20 Knees to Elbows

3 Rounds:

50 Double Unders

10 Push Press

10 Knees to Elbows
