DU, Pushups, Squats for 11/1/2016

It is November 1.  Fall is in full force and it is getting cold.  We will keep the gym warm, but bundle up.  You never know when you might have to run a parking lot sprint.

The next CrossFit Fundamentals Class starts tomorrow.  There is still time to sign up.
