We are at the end of November.  December starts tomorrow.  Don’t forget to sign up for our Xmas WOD and Cookie Exchange party on December 9th.  We will be announcing the heavy lifts for December, the gymnastics test, the named WODs, and the Athlete of the Year very soon.

Today’s WOD is going to challenge your upper body, specifically your shoulders and grip.  Try to relax during the double unders so you don’t burn yourself out for the increasing number of Toes to Bar.
