Today’s WOD is meant to challenge your cardio while forcing you to focus on lifting a heavy weight. You want the WOD to be a challenge, but not a complete gasser. Deadlifts in 2-3 sets. Wall Balls in 2-3 sets. DUs, no more than 2 sets. Short rest periods.
