Just like yesterday, where we saw a movement we don’t see often, today is no different. Dumbbells are great for developing equal and even strength on both sides of our body. Sometimes, imbalances are created when we rely on one side of our body to carry the load too much. You will find the weak side of your body today as one arm seems to fade faster than the other.
