Rowing and Strict TTB for 1/8/2019

We’ve seen some strict gymnastics movements lately. We love to use a kipping motion to help us do more reps over a shorter period of time. However, we have to keep in mind that the ability to move our body under control should never be overlooked or forgotten.

Today’s WOD is about getting reps on the TTB or Hanging Leg Raises. Scale for reps.
