Industrial Athletics – CrossFit
Time for our first benchmark WOD of the month. Elizabeth, a classic CrossFit lady benchmark, has been seen in affiliates for years. It even made a couple of appearances at the CrossFit Games.
There is some debate about whether the Cleans are meant to be squat or power Cleans. The Games athletes were permitted to power clean, so we will allow it too.
