Handstand Pushups, Pistols, and Double Unders for 11/19/2019

After some pullups practice today, we are going to do some handstand pushups, pistols, and double unders. With the higher skill level of these movements, make sure you are challenging yourself, but also able to keep moving through the movements. Reps are relatively small.
