Hang Clean and Jerk and Pullups for 5/15/2018

For those planning to attend Murph on Memorial day, you will have a chance to practice this Saturday with Half Murph.  Make sure you sign up for the class, it will cap quickly.

Today’s WOD requires some high skill between a DB Clean and Jerk and weighted Pullups.  Make sure that whatever weight you pick for the Clean and Jerks that you are also able to use that weight for the weighted pullups if you are doing that scale.
