We are sending out June with a bang. This hero WOD is rumored to be longer than Murph. Each class will do it, but make sure you are here on time. The 11am may even get started a little early and may run over a little. Plan accordingly.
Reminder, this is the last Saturday with a 11am Regular CrossFit Class. Starting next weekend, the regular class will be moved to 8am.
