Inverted Holds and Deadlifts for 5/28/2019

We hope you are all feeling ok after Murph yesterday.

For today, we have inverted holds and heavy deadlifts. If you can’t do an inverted hold for 1 min, or the time prescribed in your scaling, come off of the wall, take a rest, and kick back up.
