Today is a hero WOD. “JT” is a nasty upper body blast. Anyone who has done this Hero WOD before will tell you that the first round is pretty smooth. However, the round of 15 hits a wall really fast. Killed in Afghanistan in June of 2005, he was part of the battle now famous from other hero WODs like “Murph” and the book and movie “Lone Survivor.”
