When we do workouts that are “Rounds for Reps,” you want to think about moving, A LOT. During a “For Time” or “AMRAP” WOD, you can get away with taking a couple of rests during the workout. It isn’t ideal, but most people cannot sustain a max effort over the length of a typical WOD without taking a breather. With “Rounds for Reps,” the goal is to keep moving for the designated work time. Consider that when you pick your scaling today.
