Max Back Squat and Elizabeth for 3/27/2018

Since we are almost through March, we need to finish our benchmarks for the month.  We tested our max shoulder press last week.  Today is max Back Squat.  We will also be taking on the CrossFit benchmark WOD Elizabeth.  Make sure you record your results for both.
