CrossFit Open WOD 18.3 is released tomorrow night. What do you think it will be?
Today’s workout will challenge all 3 modalities of Gymnastics, Cardio, and Weightlifting. Out of the gate, you should have a pretty good pace on the muscle ups (rings). You should be able to do at least 5 unbroken. Try not to slow down too much on the thrusters when your heart rate starts to pound out of your chest. Save something in your legs for the rowing. Those with a good cardio capacity will be able to get back through the thrusters and muscle ups without a problem after the row. This workout should take between 10 and 15 minutes.
